LPSD School Clinic
Our district has a health clinic located inside the elementary building led by Dr. Cleveland to better serve our students. The clinic is open for walk-ins from 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM each school day.
When a student isn’t feeling well, the school nurse will first evaluate (triage) the situation. If needed, and if parents have completed the required consent forms, the student will be referred to the on-site health clinic for further care. Please fill out the form below and turn it in if interested.
